LAS EMOCIONES

* Throughout life, emotions play a fundamental role in our personal balance and in regulating behavior. They inform us about our condition and what we need to be well. They condition our relationships with others. Emotions expose us all to a complex and invasive experience that is often difficult to grasp, even as adults. However, the child needs the support of an adult to understand them and to learn to react appropriately. Teaching the child to recognize his emotions is inviting him to listen to his own body to help him better manage his emotional and relational resources. Emotions is a work aimed at children and their adult environment to invite them to talk about their emotions. To read together and spend a constructive time in which the child will have the opportunity to appropriate important notions that will allow him to respond better to his needs.
